Back from across the blue ocean

I'm back from a visit to family in the Puget Sound area as well as a short Maui trip, getting recharged and psyched for moving. Yes, it's true I sold my apartment and am moving. I'll be taking with me some precious experiences of Real Estate transactions in Spain, all the wiser and harder nosed for it too.

This week, I'm busy packing and thinking about my next real estate adventure. Shall it be here in Spain or is it time to move back closer to home. Shall I reinvest it all or use some of the profit to change cars?? Decisions decisions. And such a relief to have it sold! More on that later.
