Business registration almost complete

I met with my business advisor yesterday to go over the paperwork. Now the business has been registered in the mercantile registry and has a provisional tax number. I can now look for commercial space to rent and order the machinery. I have asked he wait on registering me as a self-employed worker in Social Security until I can begin doing business. That won't be until I have inicial financing to start.
We also discussed the best way to take in new shareholders, the ones financing the startup costs, without yielding to them majority control of the business.

Regarding where to set up, I decided it was better to move to the town where I want to be for the next 3-5 years.
